I found this information on another post and it works with Outlook 2016. Manual settings Incoming mail server: POP3 Incoming mail: mail.comcast.net port 995 encryption: SSL Outgoing mail: smtp.comcast.net port:587 Encryption:: TLS box checked for 'My server requires authentication'; box checked for 'Use same settings as my incoming mail server' His information is very helpful. But it is not complete, in addition to this you need to put in your User Name under General Settings. Then Outgoing Email Settings in the middle tab is as follows; My Outgoing Server SMTP requires authentication and click on this, you have to put this in first, then above click on 'Use Same Setting as Incoming Mail Server' I had to change my password for Comcast to do this and then change all my pwds for mail accounts but it works fine and brought in email from 3 yrs ago!
